We're here to make your celebration truly special. Booking and Reservations: Advance Booking: To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking in advance. Deposit: A deposit may be required upon booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied towards the cost of your package. The balance of your Special Occasion Package is due on the day of your appointment. We accept various payment methods, including cash and major credit cards. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your reservation. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
